The party's over. Part of it was canceled by the Hurricane/Tropical Storm Hanna. We still skated and rode and had a great time!

However, while the Tour to Tanglewood for Multiple Sclerosis was delayed and shortened and is now over, for everyone with MS--and everyone who cares for them--the disease goes on.

So we need to keep going. Let's help them. Will you help me help them?

Come out and skate or cycle up to 100 miles with us on September 6th & 7th 2008 to benefit those suffering from the devastating effects of Multiple Sclerosis. After Saturday's skate/ride from Volvo Trucks North America in Greensboro to Tanglewood Park in Clemmons, hang out and mingle with other event participants: eat, drink and be proud of yourself for skating that far. Camp out at the campsite or in a nearby hotel room for much-deserved sleep, wake up next day and give your body another great workout skating (or cycling) back to Greensboro for lunch!

Hi everyone!

I am teaching the next SkateStrong workshop on Saturday, July 19th, 2008. Normally, I'd point everyone to the website for details, but the power supply on my webserver (which was just replaced 4 months ago) has died again! So, rather than wait for the replacement to be shipped to me, I thought I should get the word out now so that people can plan accordingly.

Paul's had a shaky ride or two, but the last one I went to was great fun on great roads. Near the shop it's a bit busy, as with most bike shops (that's why they put 'em there!), but once out to the open roads I recall some sweet rolls and nice views. I'm glad Paul's paid attention to feedback and improved their route some years back. Thanks!
